Terms and Conditions

Last updated September 9, 2026

These terms cover lilvra.com — a browser arcade where you play games and make your own. By using the site you agree to them and to the Disclaimer.

The service

Lilvra lets you play published games and, if you have an account, create, remix, save drafts, and publish games. The product is free while in beta. We may change or stop features. We are not the “PDF / image tools” product described in an older version of this page.

Accounts

You must be 13 or older to register. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Your games

You keep the rights in games you create. You give Lilvra a license to host them, show them to people who play, and make copies needed to run the arcade (covers, remix credit, checkpoints). If you publish, anyone can play. If you allow remixing, others may copy the published version into their own game and change it — that copy is theirs, with credit back to you.

AI

The editor can send your prompt and attached images to an AI model to edit the game JSON. Outputs can be wrong or similar to other games. You are responsible for checking a game before you publish it.

What you must not do

  • Illegal content, including sexual content involving minors
  • Malware, phishing, or attempts to break the service
  • Impersonating Lilvra or another creator
  • Scraping or republishing the arcade as if it were yours
  • Uploading other people’s work as your own unless you have the right to

Our games and brand

Built-in demos, the Lilvra name, and the site UI are ours. You may remix a demo into your account; you may not pretend you made Lilvra.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for lost games, lost scores, or anything that happens because a game or the AI did something unexpected. See the Disclaimer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
