What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to access AI tools on Lilvra. Each AI operation consumes a certain number of credits. Free users get 10 credits monthly, Premium subscribers get 1,000 credits, and Pro subscribers get 15,000 credits that refresh each billing cycle. Credits are used in priority order: Free credits first, then Subscription credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium or Pro subscription at any time. No questions asked, no penalties. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, and you'll keep your remaining subscription credits until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do unused credits roll over?
Free credits (10/month) reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Premium subscription credits (1,000/month) and Pro subscription credits (15,000/month) reset at your billing cycle and also do not roll over. Use them or lose them!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to Premium or Pro at any time to get instant access to more monthly credits. You can also downgrade or cancel your subscription to return to a lower tier or the free tier. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the charges accordingly.
What AI tools are included?
Both Free and Premium users have access to all AI tools including AI chat, image generation, model generation, and more. Premium users benefit from having significantly more credits to use these tools extensively.
